By accessing EmailingSimply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

EmailingSimply provides HTML email components, templates, systems, and developer tools. You may use them to build emails for yourself or your clients, including commercial projects.

You may not redistribute the components as a standalone library, resell access to the platform, or use automated means to bulk-download content.

3. Free and premium tiers

The free tier gives access to core components and tools at no cost. Premium tiers unlock the full library. Pricing and feature availability may change with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@emailingsimply.com.

5. Content accuracy

Compatibility data is based on static analysis and documented email client behavior, not live inbox rendering. We make no guarantees about how a given email client will render any component.

6. Limitation of liability

EmailingSimply is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to email deliverability issues, client rendering failures, or data loss.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note significant changes in the changelog.
