Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and the authentication provider (email/password or Google) via Firebase Authentication. If you save favourites or brand presets, we store those in Firestore under your user ID.

We do not collect analytics data beyond what Vercel provides by default (aggregate request counts, no personal data).

How we use it

Your email address is used only for account authentication and, if you opt in, product updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Firebase

Authentication and database services are provided by Google Firebase. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Your data is stored in Firestore and may be processed in Google Cloud regions.

Cookies

Firebase Authentication uses local storage tokens to maintain your session. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

Data retention

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. To request account deletion, email hello@emailingsimply.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time by contacting us at hello@emailingsimply.com.

Changes

We will update this policy when our data practices change and note significant updates in the changelog.
